Nude Travel exists to be the world’s most complete and most trusted library of naturist travel information – destination guides, event directories, legal and cultural explainers, and history, written to a standard the naturist community can rely on.
What We Publish
The Site covers clothing-optional and naturist destinations on every continent: where they are, how they work, what they cost, what the law says, and what the honest verdict is. Alongside destination guides we maintain directories of nude sports and events, gear and travel-practical pieces, and cultural and historical features – from the origins of Freikörperkultur to the legal status of wearable cameras on clothing-optional beaches.
Our Editorial Standards
- Verification first. Claims are checked against official sources, statutes, venue policies, and primary records before publication.
- Honest verdicts. When a destination has no real naturist infrastructure, we say so plainly rather than manufacturing an angle.
- Myths flagged. Popular stories that fail the record – misattributed quotes, invented events, conflated histories – are corrected in dedicated sections.
- Independence. Our guidance does not depend on any venue’s commercial interest. Affiliate relationships never determine editorial judgments.
- Respect. Naturism as we cover it is non-sexual, family-oriented recreation; our writing and imagery standards reflect that. Our imagery depicts places, not people.
